Yes, you can now deposit your checks remotely using your mobile phone!
Note: The screens shown here may differ slightly from what you see, depending on the phone you use. However, the app works the same on iPhones or Android phones. The apps should work on MOST tablets, too.
After you install the app, enroll in the service by pressing “Sign Up” on the Login page.
Note: When entering your checking account number, please use your MICR line of numbers found on your checks.
Confirmation Email: When your enrollment has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email. You will not be able to begin depositing checks until you receive the confirmation email.
Write the following information on the back of the check:
(Note: It is unlawful to present the same check for deposit more than once.)
Note: Other options on this screen include:
(Note: The “Photo Instructions” screen displays important information about taking a picture of the check you are about to deposit.)
Note that you can always go back to any previous steps.
When you have photographed the front and back of the check, select “Confirm”.
The check image is sent to the credit union for processing.
Note: If there are any problems with the check, we will notify you.
If there are no issues, your deposit will be credited to your account normally within 1 - 2 business days.
Press the "Logout" button at the bottom of the main menu screen.
