Current member? Log in now to Online Banking and apply for a loan (non-mortgage).
Not a current member? Complete a brief Online Application.
After you submit the application, we will contact you by phone to complete the loan. Current members may also use this form, but you may find it more satisfactory to use Online Banking. If you need a user name and password for Online Banking, contact Member Services.
If you prefer a do-it-yourself approach, apply online now for a Mortgage Loan. This is a complete, streamlined application process you can do from the comfort of home. Complete information about loan costs is provided, so you’ll know what to expect before you apply. (The HMDA data about our residential mortgage lending are available for review. The data show geographic distribution of loans and applications; ethnicity, race, gender and income of applicants and borrowers; and information about loan approvals and denials. Inquire at our office regarding the locations where HMDA data may be inspected.)
If you prefer to talk to a Mortgage Loan Officer, call us at (320) 258-2186 to talk to Jim Arnold or Lisa Schreifels. Before you do that, you may want to download and complete a Mortgage Pre-Application Worksheet, which will speed up the process when you meet with Jim or Lisa. This PDF file can be filled in and saved on your computer. You can edit the file any time, and your changes will be saved each time you save the file. You can print the file and bring the information when you meet with us.
Before you meet with a Mortgage Loan Officer, you have the option to download a Form 1003 Mortgage application. Click the button below. The form you download is a fillable and saveable PDF file, which means you can save the file at any time on your own computer as you fill it out. Then you can come back later and finish filling it out as needed. You can print the form and bring it with you when you visit with one of our Mortgage Loan Officers. Using this completed form can save you time when our Mortgage officer asks you the questions, and you’ll have already completed your answers. We advise that you do not email the completed PDF file to us, because regular email is not secure — that means someone could possibly intercept the file before it reaches us. Bring it along with you when you meet with a Loan Officer.
Note: If you need to install Adobe Reader in order to view the PDF file, click here. (You will be leaving the credit union web site.)
