Branch Manager St. Cloud

This position will oversee the retail branch operations of our St. Cloud location, responsible for providing superior member service while leading a team ranging from tellers to lenders. They will also be responsible for helping the credit union become a recognized community leader through a unique service experience, business development, community involvement, and overall growth in the St. Cloud community.
Four years lending, cash operations, and sales experience
Four years leadership experience
Prefer previous experience working in multiple departments/functions of a financial institution
Strong leadership skills
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Strong communication skills, both one-on-one and in groups
Business development skills
Highly agile, open to change, and thrives on striving for stronger performance
